Believe it or not, this dress is made of umbrella fabric and is designed by Brooklyn's Catherine Charlot with a group of other "Trashy Divas" participated in a fashion show featuring garments made from upcycled sources such as umbrella fabric, men's shirts and pants as well as jewelry made of trash bags--including the choker and blue bangle pictured above.
