TwinSpeak: ICYDK, Spanx is an undergarment that is designed to flatten out and streamline one's tummy, butt and thigh areas. Think girdles and corsets. Michael Kors recently suggested (perhaps after seeing recent photos of Russell Crowe et.al.) that there needs to be a Spanx for men and came up with the name "Manx". So, we forsee Metrosexuals with Murses going to Macy's to shop for Manx.
