While Phoebe was waiting for a train at Penn Station in New York City, Tim Gunn walked right in front of her on the way to get his train. He didn't really "walk"--it was more of a "glide." This guy is cooler than Greenland before there was global warming. Gunn believes in NOT telling us exactly what to wear because "You are who you are for a reason." Isn't that refreshing?

"You are who you are for a reason." Tim Gunn
